    • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Changes to the delivery address are only possible in exceptional cases.

  2. Delivery Times: • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are usually between 3–14 business days.
    • Please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, such as public holidays or unforeseen events.

  3. Shipping Costs: • Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Missed Deliveries: • If the courier cannot deliver the package on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made. After the second failed attempt, the package will be held at a nearby pick-up point. Customers will be notified to collect the package within the specified timeframe.

  5. Liability: • KNOT&SOUL accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or damages caused by force majeure, courier delays, or insufficient or incorrect delivery address details.

  6. Packaging: • Your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each order is delivered in carefully selected packaging that protects the product and reflects our high-quality standards.

Return & Exchange Policy

At KNOT&SOUL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we offer you the option to return or exchange your order. Please adhere to the following return conditions and procedures:

  1. Right of Withdrawal: • You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the product.

  2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: • The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including its original packaging.
    • All tags, protective covers, accessories, and packaging materials must be intact and complete.

  3. Return Process: • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via the customer area or the provided email address. Our team will provide you with all necessary instructions and a prepaid return label.
    • Products must be returned according to the instructions in our FAQ section and in compliance with the return conditions.

  4. Refunds: • Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method used.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  5. Exceptions: • Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns and exchanges.
    • Products that are returned used or damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.
